Principal Pamela and Donna started from the strategy of organizing the classroom. For example, they let us know the small gestures, which were useful! It turns out that it is so easy to calm down the children! They have a variety of teaching methods, and even the groups can be divided into various ways; a simple self-introduction can also be interesting and meaningful. After a week of study, the teachers have an intuitive experience and in-depth understanding of Canada's educational goals, values and classroom teaching.
培训期间，西席们还前去了Richmond Secondary School、TAIT School、Wooward Elementary School和Brighouse School四所学校观光学习。走进校园，劈面而来的是各个学校的焦点代价观和代表性的祥瑞物；走道里，到处可见的是师生作品和鼓励语句；课堂里，满满的是温馨、关怀和愉悦。这里，无处不是文化；这里，无处不是打击；这里，无处不是震撼！碰撞、思索、探索，让我们成为最好的本身！

During the training, the teachers also visited four schools in Richmond, including Richmond Secondary School, TAIT School, Wooward Elementary School and Brighouse School. Walking into the campus, the core values and representative mascots of each school are easily to find; in the aisles, teachers and students' works and motivational statements can be seen everywhere; in the classrooms, there is full of warmth, care and pleasure. Everywhere shows amazing culture. Collision, thinking and exploration make the best ourselves!

Reading and traveling are good ways to experience life. Canada's study tour has both a systematic study program and a variety of research activities.125 students from our school were sent to four different schools in Richmond. From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. every Monday to Friday, the students go to schools. There are meals and breaks at noon. We experience an enriched study life.

The totem poles made by the first nation stand in the park, which are hand-crafted, and contained cultural atmosphere, which immediately attracted our attention. We took a stroll along the winding path and enjoyed the sea breeze. The beautiful scenery was unobstructed.

Tips: The Lions Gate Bridge is one of Vancouver's most important landmarks. It is also one of the longest suspension bridges in the world. It spans the Bradney Bay and it is 1517 meters long, which is as famous as San Francisco's Golden Gate Bridge.

赛普莱斯山滑雪场位于温哥华西部，由于拥有最大落差、最多弯道的雪道以及最多的电梯而着名，曾作为温哥华冬奥会角逐园地之一。
Tips: The Cypress Mountain Ski Resort is located in the west of Vancouver and is known for having the largest drop, the most curved roads and the most elevators. It was once one of the venues for the Vancouver Winter Olympics.
南边人第一次见到雪甭提有多高兴了！湛蓝的天空、绵延的雪山、古老的原始丛林一览无余。我们敏捷带好装备，开始了雪上项目———滑轮胎。
How excited it was for the southerners to see the snow for the first time! The blue sky, the rolling snow-capped mountains and the ancient virgin forests are all in sight. We quickly brought the equipment and started the snow project – the snow tubing.
“万里佳节枫国聚，百年奇遇雪浴城”。初识加拿大，在这漂亮的季候，在这片地皮上我们感受到了优美与密切，让人不知不觉间爱上了她。师生们越来越等待接下来的每分每秒，信赖各人会有更多的劳绩。
"We gather in Canada in this wonderful winter." I first met Canada in this beautiful season. We fall in love with Canada gradually because of the beautiful sceneries and the kindness of people here. Teachers and students are looking forward to the following days’ activities. I believe that we will learn more later.
