Communicate effectively across the organization to ensure that the PPM mandate is aligned to the business objectives
Design and implement dashboards and reports to enable the identification and documentation of new initiatives.
Prioritize initiatives & projects, to align the portfolio priorities with IT Strategy
Assist in the design, implementation and maintenance of Waterfall common standards and best practices for project management including project charters, timeline, budget, resource management, risk assessment, change management and communications
In collaboration with the Agile Center of Expertise, support best practices and standards for Agile product delivery, including product roadmap, priority and capacity management, risk management and continuous improvement.
Perform coaching to help PMs and PCOs understand their role, the PPM processes / tools, and provide ad-hoc support
Govern the resource management process, including contract management and vendor engagement
Build strong interpersonal relationships with peers and other key stakeholders to achieve our transformation
Assist with the overall Clarity PPM tool deployment and 1st level user support
Work with IT and the business to identify process improvements, leveraging the Clarity PPM tool, to increase efficiency
Solution Clarity PPM business requirements, which includes writing requirements, working with the vendor for development changes, testing, report development, documentation and training
Provide process development, standardization and improvement services for all areas of the Project Management Life Cycle and, where required, to support the Systems Development Life Cycle
Development & documentation of collateral processes and/or artefacts that support project implementation best practices; both traditional and Agile
Adopt a continuous improvement methodology for project artefact templates, Clarity PPM methods and standards to improve project performance and mitigate risks
Develop & enhance the EPMO SharePoint site and supporting artefacts
Provide Clarity PPM oversight and governance regarding the use of the tool
Provide EPMO Portfolio Management and Governance services, such as ensuring quality and completeness of project artefacts
Support the PM community and provide guidance by conducting Gating training, applying Gating control processes and readiness sessions
Own the Lessons Learned process which includes conducting lessons learned sessions and ensuring that the lessons learned are managed and maintained properly in Clarity PPM
Ensure Clarity PPM and EPMO processes and policies are fully understood & shared across the organization
