Providing input and assisting in the development of change management materials, training updates and other communications on an as needed basis
Prioritizing tasks in a complex and fast paced environment to ensure time-sensitive targets are achieved

In depth knowledge of current underwriting rules, market conditions and distribution in Quebec.
Bilingual (English and French) oral and written is required
University degree or college diploma required (Dec in Administration, insurance option or Insurance and Financial Services or other relevant discipline)
PAA is an asset
A minimum of five years of underwriting experience in Personal Lines
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Comfortable working in a virtual team
Highly organized, with the ability to both work independently and in collaboration with others
