不要因为觉得英文发音不容易，就完全略过英文歌曲部分。其实你可以不用给宝宝唱，只是轻轻地哼着表演给宝宝看就好啦。

1.  白天抽出15－30分钟和宝宝一起听有节奏感的音乐来感受韵律。可以和宝宝一起打拍子、抱着宝宝，或者让他跟节奏走路，或者为宝宝提供一篮乐器，比如鼓、摇铃、沙锤等。
2. 孩子在安静游戏时可以播放些背景音乐，但是要以不妨碍专注力的轻音乐为主。

3. 在1岁之后多和宝宝做些音乐加动作表演。

4. 宝宝听的歌曲尽量多元化，英文中文的、快的慢的、民族的古典的、纯音乐和唱的等等。不要低估宝宝对音乐的接受能力，也许他前段时间爱《小苹果》，现在又突然变成了Beatles的《Hey Jude》。
